‘Play-Ball’ Pavillion: Located on Richardson Road and surrounded by a residential neighborhood, this 2,600 square foot covered shelter and restroom facilities pavilion consolidates and replaces several aging structures for a local community playground and intramural baseball park.
We have also found TOTeMS (now Sweet Sparkman Architects) to be sensitive to and capable of addressing issues related to historic structures and natural vegetation.
