The exterior walls at the front and rear of the building were demolished and larger openings were made to allow for natural light to penetrate to the interiors. Other improvements included the redistribution of existing HVAC system, new restrooms, and a conference room that includes a cast-in-place concrete wall that starts at the exterior of the building and passes through the front opening. Finishes include the refinishing of the existing terrazzo floors, new 3-form translucent wall panels, sealed Douglas Fir and birch veneer plywood partitions.
