Warm Mineral Springs: North Port, Florida


Sweet Sparkman Architects is currently working with the client on the redevelopment of the Warm Mineral Springs in North Port, Florida.  The project includes the preservation of 81 acres of property that includes the 2 acre site of the Warm Mineral Spring to alleviate the ecological, environmental, hydrological and other impacts on the Springs itself. The client’s 16 acres of off-site development includes a medical center and new 200-room hotel with 9,000 square foot conference center and a state of the art Health and Wellness facility.  The client and the design team have coordinated their efforts with the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee, College of Hospitality to establish an outreach program for student training.
