Blackburn Bay

The Blackburn Bay residence is a demonstration of geographically informed contemporary architecture that harmoniously complements the nature of the building site. The location of the Gulf to Bay property varies exceptionally from the East to West sides, which is reflected stylistically and practically in the design of the home. Following the site's natural topography, a split-level floor plan was introduced in the Northeast wing of the structure, leading upward to the primary bedroom and downward to the den.
