Sweet Sparkman Architecture & Interiors was contracted by Pinellas County Schools to design a new bus service garage to hold and maintain the buses servicing the district’s mid-county schools. The scope includes the demolition of an existing structure, the new construction of a 9,600 SF 5-bay bus service garage with associated workspaces, a renovation of 5 offices, a lounge, and workspaces, and a conversion of the existing transportation command center back into a kitchen to serve the school. Sitework will include a revised parking lot layout and drive access.
